Accounting Manager, Americas
to join our team - a strategic finance professional ready to play a key role in driving growth, accuracy, and insight across the region.
About the Role
In this role, you\'ll lead financial operations for the Americas region, ensuring precision in reporting and compliance. Acting as a strategic partner to business leaders, you\'ll provide financial expertise that influences decisions, strengthens performance, and supports the company\'s long-term goals.
What You\'ll Do
Lead financial reporting to guide strategic decision-making across business units. Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, offering clear, data-driven insight. Oversee the development and implementation of finance policies, processes, and controls. Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and reports. Maintain compliance with global financial regulations and standards. Drive process improvements and innovation across finance operations.
What You Bring
Proven experience in finance, controlling, or accounting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Deep understanding of financial regulations, reporting standards, and business controls. Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams and regions. Proficiency with ERP systems and financial analysis tools.
