3+ years of hands-on experience managing technologies in the Microsoft Desktop Family Operating System (Windows 7/10). Beginner knowledge on Active Directory, Group Policy; understanding of IT infrastructure concepts and components (servers, network devices, apps & web services, cloud components). Desired Skills
