Accounts Receivable professional

collections and credit management ? We are seeking a
Collections & Credit Manager
to oversee AR functions, manage customer accounts, and ensure timely payments. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a strategic mindset for managing credit risk, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the
accounts receivable and collections
process to ensure timely and accurate payments
Assess and establish
credit limits
for new and existing customers based on financial analysis
Monitor
aging reports
and implement effective collection strategies
Negotiate payment plans and resolve outstanding accounts while maintaining strong customer relationships
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and finance, to align credit policies with business goals
Develop and enforce
credit policies and procedures
to mitigate risk and improve cash flow
Prepare and analyze
AR reports, bad debt reserves, and collection forecasts
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience
in accounts receivable, collections, or credit management
Strong knowledge of
credit analysis, financial statements, and risk assessment
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Proficiency in
ERP systems (SAP, Dynamics 365, QuickBooks, or similar)
Ability to
analyze aging reports
and develop action plans for delinquent accounts
Experience managing a team is a plus

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco by Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to: the individual's skill sets, experience and training; licensure and certification requirements; office location and other geographic considerations; other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law, Vaco by Highspring believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
