Overview
The Bonadio Group is seeking a Staff Accountant to work with the Outsource Accounting and Finance team. This position provides delivery of accounting and bookkeeping services for multiple clients in a variety of industries. Responsibilities
Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable Manage bank and general ledger reconciliation(s) Preparing sales tax returns Perform month-end closings Preparing trial balance and adjusting journal entries Ability to work independently both in the office and at client locations Adhere to the highest degree of professional standards and strict client confidentiality Aptitude for learning and utilizing appropriate resources and technology A passion for providing superior customer satisfaction Effective interpersonal skills that enable ongoing, daily client interaction and communication Achieve consistent and outstanding client satisfaction Qualifications
Required: A minimum of one year of small business accounting/bookkeeping experience A minimum of an Associates degree in a related discipline Computer expertise including proficiency with accounting software applications Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel Must have reliable transportation with the ability to travel to client sites and other office locations The salary range for this opportunity is between $55,000 - $65,000 and is commensurate with experience. Hours Of Operation
Our office hours are from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday Our summer hours are from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and from 8:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. on Friday We pride ourselves on our flexibility; however, the ability to work additional hours will be needed at peak times EOE/AA Disability/Veteran The Bonadio Group is unable to accept unsolicited resumes from third-party recruiters who do not have a written contractual agreement for a specific position along with approval to submit from the Talent Management team.
