Verizon . This role supports a sales territory in Northern California with travel required. It is a mobile working model with majority field activity and in-person customer visits. What You’ll Be Doing
With your sales experience, ability to efficiently manage your time, excellent customer relations skills, and excitement for technology, you'll deliver outstanding and innovative business solutions that support our technology evolution and change the way businesses connect. You'll consult with customers to identify their business challenges and recommend tailored solutions to solve them, delivering a strong return for customers while growing our revenue. You'll prospect for new business or grow existing accounts, manage relationships with key decision makers, and present multi-product solution opportunities. Identifying, developing and qualifying leads within the territory through cold-calling, partner-selling, lead-generation campaigns and social selling. Gaining new business and incremental revenue to meet sales targets. Retaining, managing and growing the existing customer base. Coordinating with support partners to educate and excite customers about innovative business solutions. Proactively establishing, building and maintaining relationships with key decision makers. Demonstrating knowledge of wireless and mobility products and solutions (e.g., Cloud, Security, ISP, VoIP, Google platforms) to promote and position products. Tracking and reporting progress using sales force automation tools. The territory may cover Yuba City, Oroville and Woodland, California, with travel within Northern California as required. Compensation and Benefits
Our compensation includes base pay and performance-based commissions. The program rewards top earners with incentives. Compensation varies by geography and experience. You’re self-motivated, skilled at translating complex technology to business outcomes, comfortable with cold-calling, and able to build trusted advisory relationships. You strive to win and help others on the team succeed with integrity. You’ll Need To Have
Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience Four or more years of relevant outside sales experience (or equivalent) Experience in prospecting and negotiation Willingness to travel up to ~50% within the territory Valid driver’s license Nice to Have
Additional degree or certifications 2+ years of B2B or outside sales experience, including prospecting Technology sales experience (SaaS, CRM, SalesForce, etc.) Strong presentation skills and ability to build relationships at all levels Ability to work in a fast-paced, self-directed environment Where you’ll be working
In this mobile role, you'll primarily work from customer or field locations, with occasional visits to a Verizon location for training and meetings. Schedule
