Account Executive, Mid-Market Expansion

to proactively manage a list of RingCentral's premier existing customers acquired through direct & channel partners. Your focus will be on cultivating and expanding business within these accounts, owning over 200 current accounts, uncovering and capitalizing on upsell opportunities, and providing high-level customer service. You will leverage your B2B solution selling skills to grow your book of business and support the thousands of businesses using RingCentral for their communication needs. This position is an inside sales/account management role based in our Denver office. Responsibilities: Become the resident expert on RingCentral services including Mobile, Office, and ContactCenter, and sell our hosted VoIP platform, call management services, and IP hardware. Develop a strong understanding of key differentiators, systems, sales methodologies, and processes. Innovate and help our global company discover new sales strategies and drive initiatives targeting small and mid-market businesses. Collaborate with channel partners to leverage their relationships, maximize revenue, and minimize churn. Qualifications: 3-5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in technology. Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas. Experience maintaining existing customers, cultivating new business, and upselling. Ability to assess customer needs and recommend solutions. Excellent customer service skills, both face-to-face and remote. Strong initiative, creativity, and technological aptitude. Energetic attitude, proactive and results-oriented.
