About the Role We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to join our melin Partnership Program (MPP) team that is responsible for the creation of melin’s custom designs in collaboration with some of the world’s most premium partners. This role will work closely with the MPP sales, design and production teams to own key aspects of the sales process for these collaborative projects. The ideal candidate is hardworking, extremely detail oriented and wants to use these traits to provide a best-in-class experience for our team and customers. Job Description The MPP Sales Support Specialist is responsible for managing the internal sales functions, communication and project coordination for each order in their assigned sales territory. Own the communication and sales support between the outside sales team and the internal MPP team. Manage key functions of each order in their territory: new artwork requests, new account setup, order entry, order adjustments, inventory monitoring, providing proactive communication and follow up. Assist MPP Project Manager with the flow of each project in our project management software. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Serve as the primary internal sales point of contact for the accounts and sales reps in your territory. Own all internal sales support, new account setup and order entry for each MPP account in your sales territory. Proactively communicate all status updates to your sales reps and accounts. Contribute ideas for channel optimization. Assist with the project management flow of each project in internal project management platform. Participate in weekly meetings with MPP and sales team. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree or applicable technical degree required. 2-3 years of experience in a sales support role Strong organizational and communication skills, work ethic, and teamwork. Knowledge of Full Circle and Asana a plus. Strong problem-solving abilities. Detail oriented, self motivated with strong decision-making capabilities. Team player attitude required. Someone who operates with a high level of care and wants to excel in their role. Location & Office Structure : This is an in-office hybrid position, mandatory 4 days per week in office in San Clemente, with the option to work from home 1 day per week. Subject to change without notice as per company guidelines. Compensation: The hourly rate for this position is $24.00 - $31.00 an hour.Pay is based on the experience that you bring to the position.
