Overview
Rite-Hite
Sales Professionals work within protected territories to represent our various lines of products and services. Our customer base includes anyone with a warehouse, with emphasis on Fortune 500 manufacturers and distribution centers. This is an outside sales position which will focus on growing our new construction business. The main customers will be architects, developers, contractors, etc. You will be responsible for growing existing accounts, prospecting and securing new customers, and introducing new products to the territory.
Responsibilities
Grow existing accounts within the assigned territory.
Prospect and secure new customers in the market segments we serve.
Introduce new products to the territory and expand the customer base.
Focus on growing our new construction business and engaging key buyers such as architects, developers, and contractors.
Manage the territory effectively, including planning, scheduling, and daily coverage.
Qualifications
4-year degree combined with a minimum of 3 years of successful outside sales experience in an industrial or commercial setting.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Ability to build productive business relationships and maintain a good mechanical aptitude.
Knowledge of the territory and its customer base; ability to develop solid territory business plans and effectively cover the territory daily.
