You’ll run full sales cycles and be the voice of the customer as we continue to develop the Product. Supper’s GTM team includes marketing, BDR support, and other AEs, but we are looking for an experienced seller to not only close deals but also help us guide our selling strategy. We’re an early stage company that loves to iterate and test everything from messaging to product features. You will work closely with the founders, the GTM team, and the rest of the organization to improve our selling process and get more happy customers! --- What you’ll do in the next 18 months

Own the most important metric in the business: net-new pipeline and revenue Work closely with our Founders and product/engineering team to scale up our sales process Run and iterate on a full cycle sales process including discovery calls, demos, pilot and close Showcase a deep knowledge of Supper and the typical challenges it solves for our ICP Strategize with product team and Founders to get Supper to product market fit Prospecting – we’ll have some warm intros tee’d up from investors but expect Player/coach to help upscale junior AEs Become an expert to all things data intelligence and AI Be a company and brand advocate Attend in-person events with our ICP --- What you bring

Early stage SaaS experience closing deals ranging from $20-100k ARR or 3–5 yrs closing experience Consistently hits or is above quota Discovery questions > interrogations; follow‑ups that get replies, not reminders. Naturally persuasive, curious, and personable with excellent discovery and closing skills. No ego and is constantly looking to learn and grow Ability to constantly iterate on messaging and sales process Bonus: sold to Chiefs of Staff, RevOps, or is a data‑nerd Bonus: Has sold a BI/data/AI tool Based in New York City --- What you’ll get out of it
