Accountable for developing and achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while positioning the business for continued growth. Provide monthly field communication with any relevant product and building code updates. Regularly review and analyze business performance to identify areas for improvement. Lead regional and store training events (RVP Walks, PRO events, etc.). Develop relationships with Store and PRO personnel; be the primary point of contact for all PRO and Field Sales needs. Develop, promote, highlight, and share relevant training materials to help PRO and Field Sales personnel gain knowledge of the fire safety category and “Why Kidde.” Create and execute the annual operating plan for The Home Depot PRO/Field Sales account. Travel approximately 50% of the time to support sales and lead training. Basic Qualifications
HS Diploma or GED. 7+ years of sales management and/or Sales Training experience. Ability to travel 50% of the time. Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business. 7+ years of direct experience or equivalent industry experience. Channel management experience in home improvement retail, club, big box, and e-commerce distribution channels. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional partners as well as the customer. Self-sufficient, detail-oriented multi-tasker who can manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience in selling and/or marketing safety or building products categories preferred. The base salary range for this role is $117,289-$140,000. Individuals may also be eligible for an annual performance bonus based on both individual and company performance.
