Provide excellent customer service and support to maximize the value of Workday products for customers Engage with customers to understand their business requirements and provide tailored solutions Develop and demonstrate system configuration solutions, including articulating product capabilities and risks Conduct research to respond to customer inquiries and deliver small scope consulting services Partner with Engagement Managers to facilitate workshops and tenant reviews for customer feature adoption Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of Human Capital Management software and consulting experience on enterprise HRIS projects At least 5 years of experience in the Payroll product area A minimum of 3 years of Workday Consulting experience or relevant Workday Subject Matter Expert (SME) experience Strong verbal and written communication skills Bachelor’s degree or related experience required Preferred Qualifications
