What You Will Be Doing Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals. Work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas while serving customers and resolving issues. Be a passionate guest advocate and connect with customers in a genuine, engaging way. Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional customer service to meet customer needs. Create personal connections with guests to simplify technology. Foster a competitive drive and the ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment. Assist with merchandising and operational functions. We are proud that our sales consultants earn an average annual salary of $40,000 to $64,000, combining base pay with uncapped commissions. We provide paid training and a guaranteed ramp-up during the first 60 days. PTO accrues, with minimum paid time off policies as applicable by state law. One or more years of customer service experience, preferably in retail or sales. Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods. At least 18 years of age. Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions. Legally authorized to work in the United States. Physical Requirements Ability to lift 10 pounds. Ability to stand for long periods. Training Requirements All Sales Consultants must attend and complete a four-day New Hire University (NHU) training program within two weeks of start date. Training may include overnight travel at the company's expense. Online and computer-based training will be required throughout employment. After You Apply You will be required to take a pre-hire assessment (about 20 minutes).
