The Sr. HR Manager role supports 4 locations within the Specialty Thin Film Division (Hollis, NH area) and is hands-on in day-to-day tactical activities, fostering and managing relationships within the Ultrasource location in Hollis. The role provides full cycle HR support, partnering with business leaders in talent acquisition, employee relations, organizational design, performance management, and organizational change. A key contributor, you will execute employee engagement initiatives, provide strong internal customer support, and drive HR functional excellence and process improvement. What You Will Be Doing
Partner with business leaders in oversight and execution of key talent management processes such as workforce planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, talent development, promotions, change leadership, and organizational design and development. Take a hands-on approach with leaders to drive business results, improve working relationships, strengthen morale, and increase productivity and employee engagement. Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, influencing business decisions and results. Partner with HR team members to analyze trends and metrics to inform meaningful program and policy decisions. Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues; conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations. Maintain knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of associates, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to managers (coaching, counseling, career development, corrective actions). Collaborate with other HR team members to manage projects or provide input on HR-related programs and practices. Act as a neutral party, providing a balanced perspective for both employees and leaders. Oversee and assist with day-to-day tactical execution including recruiting, benefits, employee relations and engagement, health/safety, employee training, company events, and policy/procedure communication. What You Will Bring Along
BS in Human Resources or Business Management. 5+ years related experience in Human Resources. Experience in leading an HR team. Solid analytical and communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with HRIS systems (Workday) is beneficial. Positive attitude and team player mindset. What Can We Offer You For Your Talent
