Kinaxis Solution Architect Remote • Duration: 24+ Months • Years of Exp.: 10+ (Kinaxis Rapid Response - Min. 5+ years) Responsibilities
Lead the Design of supply chain planning solutions using Kinaxis for clients across various industries, sectors and geographies, specifically in areas of Supply Chain Planning (Demand & Supply Planning, S&OP, Distribution Planning, MRP, Inventory Planning, Replenishment Planning). Provide functional and primarily Kinaxis tool expertise on projects that involve 360-degree stakeholder management (consultants, subcontractors, remote global resources, and client employees). Support clients in the selection, implementation, and adoption of supply chain solutions, ensuring that requirements are met and the tool delivers the desired result. Be actively involved in gap analysis and scope finalization meetings to finalize the Solutions Architecture and related deliverables. Engage in system architecture design, provide inputs to the integration consultant, and guide clients on technological best practices in the industry. Support Solution Consultant and Project Manager by providing technical guidance throughout configuration, testing and release of the supply chain planning solution. Prepare detailed use cases for performance evaluation of Kinaxis-based solutions. Provide guidance for cutover and to the Hypercare team on the solution's design and configuration. Contribute to building Kinaxis / supply chain practice at Thoucentric and help grow the company by participating in pre-sales activities, building new solutions/offering to strengthen capabilities in the supply chain space. Create reusable assets to accelerate delivery of solutions. Requirements
End-to-end understanding of Kinaxis Rapid Response tool, its data models and design to lead large projects as a Solution Architect. Understanding of supply chain planning processes including demand planning, supply planning, S&OP, and inventory optimization. Minimum 8 years of total experience and at least one Kinaxis project implementation as a Solution Architect. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders, with the ability to present, discuss and explain issues coherently in writing and verbally. Hands-on experience configuring the supply chain product and customizing the solution as per clients. Ability to create business blueprint documents and validate designs by conforming to best industry practices. Good influencing and persuasion skills with the ability to enthuse and inspire multidisciplinary teams and build successful relationships at all levels. Clear decision-making ability with the capacity to judge complex situations and know when to escalate issues. Ability to balance conflicting and changing demands through prioritization and a pragmatic approach. Preferred Skills
Kinaxis certifications such as Contributor Level 1, Author Level 1 and 2, Automated Algorithms. Ability to analyze large amounts of data: R, Python, SQL knowledge. Functional and system architecture knowledge of SAP ECC, APO and/or IBP implementations.
