As a Senior Analyst on the Data Operations team, you will help our team build a robust foundation of reporting and analytics and help internal and external clients make better decisions by leveraging data-driven techniques. This role is cross-functional, responsible for end-to-end insights and for managing resources to support structured processes. A key requirement is driving bottom-line growth through operational efficiencies. The candidate must have strong technical skills in relational databases, API data extraction, programming in analytics software such as R or Python, automate data pipelines, and build visualizations using Tableau to tell stories and provide actionable recommendations that help end-users optimize KPIs. Responsibilities

Lead reporting / analytical end-to-end project initiatives including project management, executive communication, defining deliverables, designing data pipelines, task delegation, and resource management Collaborate with agency, product, and campaign management teams to define, plan, and delegate processes for end deliverables Develop data pipelines from mining, extracting, cleansing, transforming to building automatable reporting and analytics dashboards Deliver complex actionable analytical solutions involving large data sets Contribute to the discovery and expansion of new and existing methodologies, tools, and algorithms Manage limited data engineering initiatives including setting up relational databases, storing and processing clean data Manage / coach / train offshore reporting and analytics resources to ensure project tasks are fulfilled with solid stakeholder communication Convey and present analytical findings and recommendations to audiences ranging from executives to working-level team members Qualifications

Education: 2+ years of experience in Data Analytics or Data Engineering, proficiency with analytics software and related education Undergraduate degree in Math, Analytics/Business Intelligence, Statistics, Software Engineering or other quant-related field Preferred Graduate degree in Statistics, Business Intelligence, Software Engineering or related field Skills: Experience with platforms such as Display Platforms (DV360, The Trade Desk), Social Platforms (Facebook / Instagram / TikTok), Search Platforms (Google / Bing), Big Data cloud environments and CRM platforms Advanced proficiency in SQL and relational database constructs Advanced proficiency in programming software (Python) Proficiency with data visualization tools such as PowerBI / Tableau MS Office proficiency with advanced Excel skills (Macros, Pivot Tables, Power Pivot) Alteryx data cleansing/pipelining is a plus Experience with AWS tools (S3, Redshift, Lambda, EC2) Experience with Databricks in building automated data pipelines Experience with AI-powered automation tools to streamline data processing, reporting and QA Excellent quantitative and analytical skills including pipelining, cleansing, structuring, manipulating, automating, and analyzing data Experience applying analytics and reporting to support data platforms for internal stakeholders and clients Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to share technical results to audiences of varying analytic levels; experience with report scheduling / automation using tools such as Alteryx, Databricks, Crontab or Stored Procedures Experience
