Overview

We are seeking a seasoned

AI Security Architect

to lead the secure design, deployment, and governance of AI/ML systems across the enterprise. This hybrid Level 7/8 role combines hands-on technical architecture with strategic oversight, enabling secure innovation in AI while ensuring compliance, privacy, and ethical standards. Responsibilities

Architecture & Technical Leadership

Design and implement secure AI/ML architectures, including model training, deployment, and monitoring. Develop threat models and security controls tailored to AI systems (e.g., LLMs, generative AI, autonomous agents). Guide engineering teams on adversarial robustness, data protection, and secure model lifecycle management. Evaluate and integrate AI security tools (e.g., differential privacy, model watermarking, red-teaming frameworks). Strategic Oversight & Governance

Define and drive enterprise-wide AI security strategy aligned with business and digital transformation goals. Lead the development of AI security policies, standards, and governance frameworks. Ensure compliance with global regulations (e.g., GDPR, EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001). Partner with legal, risk, and compliance teams to assess and mitigate ethical and regulatory risks. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, DevSecOps, and product teams to embed security into AI workflows. Act as a senior advisor to executive leadership on AI risk, security posture, and emerging threats. Represent the organization in external forums, standards bodies, and industry consortia. Qualifications

Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, AI/ML, or related field. 10–15 years of experience in cybersecurity, with 3–5 years focused on AI/ML systems. Proven experience in designing and securing AI/ML platforms in cloud-native environments. Deep understanding of AI/ML technologies, data pipelines, and secure development practices. Familiarity with AI security frameworks (e.g., MITRE ATLAS, OWASP ML Top 10, NIST AI RMF). Certifications: CISSP, CCSP, TOGAF, or Certified AI Security Architect (preferred). Core Competencies
