Base pay range $80,000.00/yr - $105,000.00/yr Desired Skills & Experience: 3-7 years of experience managing Microsoft 365 environments Tier 1-3 Information technology support Experienced with Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Entra ID PowerShell scripting experience Basic workstation support, provisioning, deprovisioning, etc Plusses: M365 Certifications: Microsoft Certifications MS-102, AZ-10 / Microsoft 365 Certified Enterprise Administrator Expert Experience w/ Defender for O365 and Purview (Info Protection) Familiarity with networking protocols, firewalls, and security best practices Job Description: Insight Global is seeking a O365 Systems Engineer for a direct hire position in the Houston, TX area. This resource will be crucial to ensure stable and efficient operation of an in-house IT infrastructure and systems. You’ll be responsible for managing servers, networks, and security systems. You’ll also handled all IT related escalation form level 1-3 and have a few projects as well. Key responsibilities will include installation, configuration, and maintenance on Windows systems – including hardware, OS and enterprise applications. There are roughly 100+ users who are working as traders and any system malfunction could cost the company money – looking for highly professional candidate. Other responsibilities may include; changing printers, toners, helping run ethernet cables, set up workstations, provisioning new laptops, and wiping old laptops. You’ll administer M365 services, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Entra ID. You’ll troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system services and provide support to resolve any escalations. Documentation will be important and will require to help standardize operating procedures. Implement and manage security features like MFA and DLP. Annual Compensation: $80,000 - $105,000 Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
