The Licensed Clinical Psychologist role gains direct clinical care hours through both psychotherapy and testing services and has the potential to evolve into a Clinical Supervisor role. Responsibilities
Maintain a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, including a minimum of 24 hours engaged in billable client work. Provide child, adolescent and adult clients with empirically supported treatment via CBT for anxiety-related disorders and related conditions (e.g., body dysmorphic disorder, OCD, GAD, panic disorder, phobias, social anxiety, separation anxiety, Tourette\'s/tic disorders, PANDAS, and related concerns). Conduct Psychological and Neuropsychological Evaluations for ADHD & Executive Functioning, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Behavioral Concerns, Cognitive Functioning, Learning Disabilities & Academic Challenges, and Mental Health Diagnostic Clarification for children, adolescents and adults. Clinical management of all assigned cases; communicate and consult with clients\' care teams as necessary. Provide resources, support, and referrals to external services when appropriate; coordinate crisis response with outside institutions as needed. Complete documentation and administrative requirements in a timely and thorough manner; serve as LOA Ambassador representing LOA culture and policies. Participate in an on-call rotation for LOA clients (during business hours); contribute to ongoing clinical staff training by leading trainings or creating organizational resources.
