Responsibilities
Welcome patients and get them situated in the appropriate treatment room.
Assist the doctor in providing care to the patient.
Be knowledgeable of existing and emerging technologies and clinical initiatives that impact the back-office experience.
Actively monitor lab materials and supplies.
Develop a relationship with the patient.
Follow all OSHA/HIPAA guidelines.
Clean and sterilize instruments and prepare treatment rooms as needed.
Take, expose, and mount high quality dental radiographs.
Contribute to the team in achieving business objectives to accomplish goals.
Maintain a safe and secure environment for patients and team.
Qualifications
New grads we welcome! - We will train motivated individuals!
High school diploma or GED.
Other certifications as required by the state, for example Radiology Certification, CPR, Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) or Registered Dental Assistant in Extended Functions (RDAEF).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with Dental Software such as OpenDental, Dentrix, Eaglesoft or similar is preferred.
