Description Are you a veterinarian looking for a new opportunity in the Houston area? Our large hospital in west Houston near Katy, TX, is seeking a dedicated and experienced veterinarian to join our team!

Located in a recently remodeled 6,000 sqft. facility, we offer compassionate care with modern diagnostics and general practice surgery capabilities. Our hospital serves a loyal, diverse clientele – from long-standing clients to newcomers – in the thriving energy corridor. You will have the opportunity to deliver top-tier care with advanced tools and a highly skilled support staff.

Responsibilities Provide high-quality veterinary care, diagnostics, and surgery in a general practice setting. Collaborate with a skilled team and utilize advanced tools and a well-supported staff to deliver comprehensive patient care.

A 2:1 DVM to tech ratio, ensuring you have the support you need. Our techs handle many tasks independently following your guidance, allowing you to focus on your complex patient needs.

A skilled team, including 4 doctors. We have 1 full-time veterinarian and experienced part-time doctors to collaborate with you.

Flexible daytime shift scheduling.

Qualifications

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited university, or equivalent

Active licensure in good standing to practice in the state of Texas

Experienced in companion animal wellness, preventive care medicine, and client communication

Skilled or interested in general surgery, with a commitment to continuing education and advancing your surgical expertise

A commitment to the highest standard of medicine and upholding the veterinary code of ethics

Passion for collaborating with other doctors, staff and leadership to improve patient outcomes and drive clinic success
