Overview
Keller Williams is seeking a motivated, results-driven Productivity Coach to join our team. In this role, you will coach, train, and mentor real estate agents to help them reach their professional and financial goals. The Productivity Coach is a key driver in moving non-capping associates into capping status, ensuring agents achieve higher levels of production and long-term success.
What You’ll Do
Provide coaching, training, and accountability for agents at all levels
Help agents develop business plans and implement proven models
Mentor non-capping associates into capping status
Support agents in reaching their income and production goals
Foster a growth-minded and supportive culture
Provide one-on-one and group coaching sessions focused on productivity, goal setting, and business growth
Lead training sessions on Keller Williams tools, systems, and best practices (e.g., Command, Ignite, Bold)
Recruit a minimum of 5 agents to the program monthly (via recruiting appointments or co-hosted career nights as determined by Market Center Leadership)
Hold agents accountable for their business plans, track progress, and provide actionable feedback to improve performance
Track agent productivity through regular check-ins, performance metrics, and real-time data
Provide ongoing coaching on lead generation, conversion, time management, objection handling, and closing deals
Conduct weekly skill set training on scripts and lead generation
Inspire and motivate agents by fostering a culture of success and personal growth within the Market Center
Work with Market Center Leadership to align coaching with goals and values
Serve as a point of contact for new buyer and seller inquiries; communicate with clients via phone, text, and email
Gather client information and coordinate with licensed agents to schedule consultations and tours
Maintain consistent communication throughout the client journey and support administrative follow-up and documentation as needed
What We’re Looking For
Strong leadership and communication skills
Experience mentoring or training others
A results-oriented mindset with a passion for developing people
Commitment to integrity, accountability, and service
Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales; active real estate license
Experience in coaching, mentoring, or training roles is highly desirable
Ability to adapt to Keller Williams systems, models, and technology (such as Command and KW Connect)
Strong organizational and time management abilities, with capacity to handle multiple coaching relationships
Comfortable with technology and tools used to drive agent productivity, including CRM and lead generation platforms
