Responsibilities
Oversees team members and delegates duties in individual food and beverage outlets during their assigned shift.
Assist with developing and motivating employees by providing ongoing feedback, based on parameters set forth by the company.
Assist with scheduling the operations to ensure efficiency and that the best possible service is provided to guests.
Adhere to controls to ensure compliance with department procedures; recommend changes in procedures to management to ensure maximum service, efficiency and security of company funds.
Ensure the highest quality guest experience by promoting the company Purpose and Values; handle and resolve guest complaints and concerns; follow up to ensure matters are resolved quickly and appropriately.
Work closely with the Culinary, Warehouse, and Accounting departments.
Regular attendance required.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
2 years of F&B experience.
