The New Store Opening Manager leads or participates in company-wide new store openings, leveraging the new store opening program committee and regional new store opening teams to open new stores successfully. The New Store Opening Manager leads or participates in company-wide new store openings, leveraging the new store opening program committee and regional new store opening teams to open new stores successfully. This position identifies the opportunity and implements best practice from initiation, including timeline, resources needed, and expected outcomes, in consultation with the Director, New Store Opening.
Job Responsibilities
Leads or participates in company-wide new store openings, leveraging new store opening program committee and regional new store opening teams to open new stores successfully. Identify the opportunity, monitors the return on investment, and implements best practice from initiation, including timeline, resources needed, and expected outcomes, in consultation with the Director, New Store Opening. Coordinates and assists in certification of the regional new store opening teams, works with the Director on assigning them to their new store opening location, and ensures they uphold high Operation standards. Contributes to strategic planning for the New Store Opening Department. Serves as new store opening operational consultant to the NSO Program Committee in representing the Operations perspective. Ensures the New Store Opening Department provides effective support to the NSO Program Committee and to Operations. Provide effective and timely response to any questions from Operations.

Your Background & Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required Operations management experience or completion of all GO 100 courses; transfer from Operations at ACO/Level 1 Minimum five years of relevant experience, with increasing managerial responsibility Obtaining a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment is a requirement of this position. If hired, completion of annual store training.
Pay Range: M2: $112,500 - $158,000 / Annual
Within the range, individual pay is determined using various factors, including work location and experience.
