Acctg Ops Assoc Analyst (Local CDA Retail Trade) Responsibilities

Track and monitor Retail CDA activity for total PBNA. Prepare deduction payment packets for CDA programs, as needed. Process journal entries. Perform Balance Sheet account reconciliations. Conduct periodic outreach to sales contacts to resolve and clear aged activity. Lead calls with field finance counterparts and Key Account Managers. Prepare periodic scorecards for field representatives and address all questions and issues. Review and analyze CDA Programs for accrual risk/opportunity. Participate in preparation of internal and external audit requests. Ad hoc management requests. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in accounting with 1+ years of related experience. Proficiency in Excel, with the ability to learn and utilize multiple systems. Strong written and oral communication skills. Strong problem solving and analytical skills. Strong organizational skills. Detail-oriented. Ability to work independently, within a team and cross-functionally. SAP (S4/HANA) experience a plus. This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States. Benefits

The compensation range for this position is between $70,700 - $118,400. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.
