You will join a collaborative, forward-thinking team delivering ambitious, knowledge-rich curricula. Weekly CPD, regular pedagogy briefings, and efficient feedback systems support professional growth while respecting workload. As a Teacher of English, you will: Teach across the age and ability range, including opportunities at KS5. Contribute to innovative curriculum development and high standards of practice. Access extensive, personalised professional development. Work within a culture of coaching, developmental feedback, and robust behaviour systems. TLR (for the right candidate):
Additional responsibility may be offered (e.g., Key Stage Coordination or Whole-School Literacy). The Successful Candidate Will:
Hold QTS and be able to teach English at KS3 and GCSE (KS5 desirable). Be reflective, innovative, and values-driven. Demonstrate proven or potential ability to secure excellent outcomes for students. Safeguarding and Compliance

All successful candidates will be subject to an Enhanced DBS disclosure, Occupational Health check, two satisfactory references, an online check and, where applicable, a prohibition from teaching check.
