As a Teacher of English, you will: Teach across the age and ability range, including opportunities at KS5. Contribute to innovative curriculum development and high standards of practice. Access extensive, personalised professional development. Work within a culture of coaching, developmental feedback, and robust behaviour systems. TLR (for the right candidate):

Additional responsibility may be offered (e.g., Key Stage Coordination or Whole-School Literacy). The Successful Candidate Will:

Hold QTS and be able to teach English at KS3 and GCSE (KS5 desirable). Be reflective, innovative, and values-driven. Demonstrate proven or potential ability to secure excellent outcomes for students. Safeguarding and Compliance
