Our team thrives on precision, collaboration, and innovation. We are seeking Low Voltage EL06 Tech Trainees in Washington to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge projects while working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. MUST hold a current and active WA EL06 Trainee Card. Responsibilities

Install and terminate low-voltage cabling, including Cat5e, Cat6, and Cat6A. Perform copper terminations for patch panels, modular jacks, faceplates, SMBs, and consolidation points (CP). Install and handle fiber optic cables, ensuring proper rough-in practices, handling procedures, and terminations (mechanical/fusion). Build and organize MDF/IDF rooms, including:

Installing overhead tray/ladder racking. Setting up racks and server cabinets. Rack-and-stack equipment installations.

Install audio/visual systems and security cameras. Install and configure wireless access points (WAP). Troubleshoot data and telecommunications systems. Test and verify copper and fiber cable functionality. Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics. Apply basic construction knowledge in day-to-day operations. Qualifications and Skills

Strong knowledge of low-voltage cabling and telecommunications systems. Familiarity with copper and fiber testing equipment and troubleshooting techniques. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and diagrams. Basic construction knowledge and hands-on installation skills. Reliable, detail-oriented, and willing to learn in a team environment. Compensation

Compensation is based on experience. Candidates with 2+ years of experience and sufficient hours to qualify for the Washington State Electrical O6 License are expected to attempt the licensing exam. Advancement beyond relevant pay tier will not be available unless the candidate has made a good-faith effort to pass the state licensing exam. Why Join Us?
