Overview
Job Title: Japanese Bilingual Account Manager - Commercial Insurance Location: Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid Remote) Work hours: 9:00am - 5:30pm Classification: Exempt, Full-Time, Direct Hire Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance clients, including renewals, endorsements, and claims. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal team members. Analyze client risk exposures and recommend appropriate coverage solutions. Prepare and present insurance proposals to clients by collaborating with the Customer Service Specialist. Coordinate and actively participate in open enrollment meetings. Deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment with a strong commitment to professionalism. Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients. Assist prospect client meetings and presentations. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial P&C insurance. Japanese bilingual – speaking/reading/writing required. Active P&C license required. Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and services. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office and related systems. Benefits

Actual base compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on factors including geographic location, experience, and performance.
