1 Day: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday — 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM 2 Day: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday — 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM 3 Day: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday — 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM 4 Day: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday — 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM 5 Day: Thursday, Friday, Saturday — 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM 6 Day: Friday, Saturday, Sunday — 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM 7 Day: Saturday, Sunday, Monday — 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM 8 Day: Friday, Saturday, Sunday — 3:00 PM to 1:30 AM 9 Night: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday — 6:00 PM to 4:30 AM 10 Night: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday — 8:00 PM to 6:30 AM
Responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness and a food-safe environment in the food processing facility Wear proper Personal Protective Equipment at all times Maintain janitorial equipment in a clean, organized, and safe manner Follow all health and safety regulations Refrigerated coolers: empty trash, clean and sanitize receptacles, clean floors, racks, and tables; restock gloves; sanitize sinks Clean, empty and sanitize garbage gondolas; prepare cleaning solutions; check for leaks; clean food manufacturing machinery Freezers: clean floors with dry method; remove ice; check for leaks Bus Tub Room: clean and sanitize surfaces; sanitize utensils, tubs, crates and dollies; test sanitizer GMP Frock Room: clean floors General responsibilities: follow GMPs and support SQF and quality programs Attitude and attendance: punctuality, professional communication, teamwork, escalate issues appropriately
Qualifications
Fluency in Spanish and English preferred 2+ years of experience in the food industry Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without accommodation Stand/walk for up to 10-12 hours General high school degree or equivalent; high school diploma preferred
