Overview
Inside Sales Representative - Oncology, fully remote role with Onco360 Oncology Pharmacy. Onco360 Pharmacy is a unique oncology pharmacy model serving community, oncology and hematology physicians, patients, payers, and manufacturers. Base salary range $55k-$70k annually, plus Commission. This position is home-based with minimal travel and involves building and managing a designated territory to educate and coordinate care for prescribers across all Onco360 products and services. The role acts as a single point of contact to assist prescribers in evaluating referrals and coordinating care to ensure service level requirements are met, typically in coordination with a mirrored outside sales representative. Target customers include physicians, NPs, PAs, nursing staff, office managers, administrative and pharmacy staff in both hospital and community oncology settings. Responsibilities
Develop and manage a designated territory to provide education and care coordination to prescribers for all Onco360 products and services. Serve as the single point of contact, assisting prescribers in evaluating referrals and coordinating care to meet service level requirements, in collaboration with field sales where applicable. Identify, rank, prospect, and develop key oncology practice and hospital-based business relationships within the targeted regional territory. Support sales escalations and communicate with the field sales partner about details affecting prescriber or patient experience. Assist with education and delivery of key messages and product presentations to meet performance requirements (e.g., Selling our Success, drug launches). Forward clinical information and questions to Staff Pharmacists and document updates in patient profiles and CRM. Manage prescriber communication preferences and nurture prescriber relationships to improve loyalty and retention. Utilize SPOC Tool to ensure prescriptions are processed quickly and efficiently. Assist operations and prescriber offices with prior authorizations, and coordinate timely prescription renewal communications to ensure continuity of care when applicable. Collaborate with sales to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals. Qualifications
2 years’ retail or specialty pharmacy technician experience preferred; familiarity with pharmacy terminology, billing, SIG codes, drug names, and IV dosage calculations. 2 years inside or outside sales experience in pharmacy or health services-related industry preferred. Oncology sales experience desired but not required. Exceptional probing and consultative communication skills. Familiar with oncology providers, drugs, clinic, and hospital communities. Understanding of oncology drug reimbursement, Managed Care Medical Specialty, and PBM drug benefits. Self-motivated and results-driven; ability to work with diverse groups and demonstrate strong communication, organizational, and administrative skills. Proficient in data entry, verbal and computer skills; ability to learn CRM and department software. Team player with the ability to work with minimal supervision and align with organizational goals. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, employees, or senior management. Ability to work with mathematical concepts and apply percentages, ratios, and proportions in practical solutions. Maintain HIPAA patient confidentiality. Job Details
