Overview
Harris & Bruno International is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Financial Analyst with a strong background in managerial accounting for manufacturing operations. This role will provide critical financial insights to support decision-making, cost control, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have experience analyzing manufacturing costs, inventory usage, and financial performance to drive continuous improvement across the business. Location and Compensation
This position is located in Roseville, CA. No relocation package will be provided to out-of-area applicants. Base pay range: $70,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr. The final pay is based on skills and experience. Responsibilities
Perform balance sheet analysis, focusing on inventory usage, inventory turns, and working capital efficiency. Conduct cost analysis on manufacturing spend, including materials, labor, and overhead, to identify cost-saving opportunities. Analyze the cost structure of manufactured machinery to ensure accurate product costing and profitability assessment. Partner with operations and supply chain teams to monitor manufacturing performance and recommend cost reduction initiatives. Prepare management reports, variance analyses, and dashboards to communicate financial insights to leadership. Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes with a focus on manufacturing efficiency. Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and GAAP standards. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA/CMA preferred). 3+ years of experience in financial analysis or managerial accounting, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency with Excel and ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work cross-functionally and present complex data in a clear, actionable manner. Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles and inventory management. Knowledge/Skills
