Accounts Receivable Coordinator , located in Secaucus, NJ. Salary/Hourly Rate : $20/hr - $27/hr Position Overview . The Accounts Receivable Coordinator is responsible for managing and overseeing the company's receivables. This role involves ensuring accurate and timely processing of incoming payments, tracking and resolving outstanding payment issues, and maintaining customer accounts. Responsibilities Of The Accounts Receivable Coordinator : Generate and distribute customer invoices in a timely manner. Record and process incoming payments, including checks, electronic transfers, and credit card payments. Regularly review and reconcile customer accounts. Monitor accounts receivable aging reports to identify overdue accounts. Maintain positive relationships with customers by addressing inquiries and resolving payment disputes promptly and professionally. Prepare and provide regular reports on accounts receivable status. Required Experience/Skills for the Accounts Receivable Coordinator : 2-3 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related financial role. Strong proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Preferred Experience/Skills for the Accounts Receivable Coordinator : Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar. Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in a fast-paced and high-volume environment. Ability to work collaboratively within a team. Education Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
