Job Details Position Location:
2211 Norfolk St, Suite 1000, Houston, TX 77098
Hours:
Monday – Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Responsibilities
Support the design of assessment programs and remedial options for site cleanup, environmental due diligence, regulatory compliance, and permitting activities.
Coordinate and perform fieldwork for environmental assessment, remediation, and restoration projects, including sampling groundwater, soil, vapor, and surface water.
Develop and monitor project budgets.
Prepare technical reports, presentations, letters, plans, and proposals with minimal oversight.
Communicate project status with senior staff, clients, and regulators.
Manage vendors, subcontractors, and labs, including oversight of subcontractors.
Analyze and interpret environmental data using statistical and visualization tools; conduct human health risk assessments.
Perform data entry and QA/QC of data tables, maps, and reports.
Conduct research tasks with input from senior staff and experts.
Collaborate with team members, technical experts, project managers, and subcontractors.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Environmental, Civil, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
At least 3 years of related environmental engineering experience.
Telecommuting is permitted; onsite work required 2-3 days/week.
Experience with environmental regulations (TRRP, RCRA, CAA), air permitting, vapor intrusion, site investigation, data analysis, and project management.
PE license or eligibility; 40-hour HAZWOPER certification.
Limited national travel ( Additional Details
