Join our Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Center of Excellence team as the Sr. Financial Program Manager—IBP COE, where you will lead the financial integration of IBP processes and translate supply chain insights into actionable financial strategies. As the Sr. Financial Program Manager—IBP COE, you will lead the execution and drive the effectiveness of the financial aspects within the IBP process. This high-impact, strategic role offers significant visibility and plays a key part in advancing our IBP initiatives. You will: Partner with IBP step owners (Portfolio, Demand, Supply, Executive) to ensure financial perspectives are embedded in all planning activities. Drive the adoption of best practices in financial planning, forecasting, and scenario analysis within the IBP framework. Partner with the IBP lead for some businesses, driving IBP-related KPIs and improving maturity. Translate supply chain and operational insights into financial implications, supporting strategic decision-making and resource allocation. This includes root cause analysis, training, and creation of analytics to drive insights. Develop and implement financial models and analytics to support IBP maturity and performance improvement. Manage short-term projects or detailed analyses (including coordinating cross-functional teams) in support of IBP and financial objectives. Conduct root cause analysis, deliver training, and create analytics to drive actionable insights. Act as a key liaison between Finance, Supply Chain, and IBP teams to facilitate cross-functional collaboration and process improvement. Lead or participate in process improvement initiatives to drive financial performance and maturity in IBP. Must-Have: Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred. Minimum of 7 years of relevant Supply Chain or Finance experience or an advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant Supply Chain or Finance experience Nice to Have Experience developing and implementing change initiatives requiring collaboration and influence management skills. Prior experience in Supply Chain Finance, FP&A, or related roles within a large, matrixed organization. Lean-Six Sigma experience, including Yellow or Black Belt certification Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and engage direct and indirect reports and peers. Proven ability to lead and facilitate cross-functional teams and meetings. Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. Experience with financial planning systems (e.g., SAP, Anaplan, Power BI). Ability to understand key business concepts and communicate with business stakeholders. Strong organizational skills, the ability to perform under pressure and to manage multiple priorities with competing demands. Benefits & Compensation Medtronic offers a competitive Salary and flexible Benefits Package Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD): $144,000.00 - $216,000.00 This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).
