Compensation:

Hourly: Starting at $19.48 - $24.34 per hour depending on experience, tenure, and location. Annual Starting Compensation: $40,518 - $50,627. Bonus: Average monthly potential of $1,000 - $1,500; annual potential of $12,000 - $18,000. Total Annual Compensation Potential: $52,518 - $68,627 (examples shown). What You’ll Earn: $52,518 (base $40,518 + $12,000 bonus) $68,627 (base $50,627 + $18,000 bonus) What You’ll Do

Sell the lifestyle—engage prospective residents, provide personalized property tours, and highlight features of our luxury homes. Close the deal—convert leads into leases, meet or exceed leasing goals, maximize occupancy. Build relationships—maintain a pipeline of prospects through follow-ups, calls, and outreach to generate leads and referrals. Create a seamless customer journey—guide prospects through the leasing process with all necessary information to make a confident decision. Stay ahead of the competition—monitor market trends, track competitors, and use data-driven insights to adjust sales strategies. Enhance community visibility—collaborate on marketing efforts, social media campaigns, and outreach to attract new residents. What We’re Looking For

Strong sales background; experience in sales, leasing, retail, pharmaceutical, medical sales, hospitality, or real estate is preferred. Closer's mindset—ability to identify opportunities, overcome objections, and seal the deal. Outstanding communication skills—engage, persuade, and build rapport with diverse people. Goal-oriented drive—thrives in a performance-based environment with targets and incentives. Tech-savvy—familiarity with CRM systems, property management software, or digital marketing is a plus. Flexibility to work weekends—availability is key for weekend tours. What We Offer

Schedule: Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM; Saturdays 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Responsibilities:Become an expert on communities and local area, deliver great tours, show model and vacant apartments, implement follow-up and closing techniques, plan resident events, and drive occupancy through outreach and promotions. Role and Qualifications

1-2 years of sales experience in retail, hospitality, or multifamily housing. Strong Microsoft Office skills; college degree preferred.
