Billing & Invoicing: Prepare client invoices based on contract terms (e.g., T&M, fixed-fee, percentage of completion); ensure timely and accurate client billing; pursue collection of outstanding receivables. Business Development & Proposals: Support pricing for FF&E (furniture, fixtures & equipment) sales and proposals; work with Business Development to prepare budgets for new client proposals; assist in developing fee structures that balance design quality with financial performance.
