Two Kings Casino is hiring a Revenue Auditor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing superior service to both internal and external customers. The position involves daily audits of cage, slots, table games, electronic games, soft count, and non-gaming revenue areas.
Position Details Title:
FINANCE - REVENUE AUDITOR
FLSA Status:
Part-Time, Non-Exempt
Responsibilities
Perform audits of daily revenue in gaming and non-gaming areas.
Provide excellent customer service and handle difficult customer interactions professionally.
Investigate and report discrepancies to the controller.
Verify and record revenue accurately across gaming areas.
Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.
Reconcile revenue and compile financial reports.
Document audit results and non-compliance issues.
Develop and implement best practices in financial reporting.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant work experience preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, VLOOKUP, and spreadsheet management.
Strong organizational skills, integrity, and discretion.
Ability to solve problems and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Self-starter with analytical skills and ability to work independently and in a team.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Must be at least 21 years old and able to obtain a Gaming License.
Physical Requirements
Lift and carry up to 40 pounds occasionally.
Stand, sit, and kneel for periods of time.
Work in a busy, fast-paced environment.
Additional Information
Work location: One site, no remote work.
