Overview

The Sr Product Manager for the team's category management product owns the vision and strategy, roadmap, and feature definition for large cross-functional and/or highly complex products. Responsibilities include defining the roadmap as well as planning and managing products and product features through the product development process. This role manages the product backlogs for a product group while prioritizing work, capturing changes that need to be made and making product-related decisions based on the needs and expectations of customers and stakeholders. The role identifies and manages projects with a high level of autonomy and manages multiple product designs at any given time while partnering closely with the business to understand pain points and develop the go-to-market strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with leaders to define vision and OKRs, integrate solutions into the merchant experience, and align priorities with business partners.

Deliver features that improve customer experience while providing broader business exposure across operations, category management, and partner teams.

Oversee the full product lifecycle, including building 0-to-1 technical solutions, managing delivery, and ensuring products are usable, viable, and aligned with strategy.

Shape product strategy through collaboration and storytelling, gain alignment across teams, and advocate for innovation and adoption within the organization.

Define success metrics, monitor product health, and use data-driven insights to validate product-market fit and guide future strategy.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree)

5 years of experience in two or more of the following: project management, product management, business analysis, program management, experimentation, or product marketing

3 years of experience in product and/or experience management

Experience in an agile software environment with strong writing ability

Experience working cross-functionally in a large organization with senior leadership

Experience translating data into quantifiable actions/deliverables

Preferred Skills/Education

Master's Degree in business administration or similar advanced degree

Experience providing guidance and direction to cross-functional resources

Experience working hand in hand with project management products

Merchandising knowledge on both the processing and purchasing

Certified Scrum Product Owner

Pay Range: $95,100.00 - $180,700.00 annually Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
