You will collect and understand clients needs
and build your convictions to create success in your missions. You will formulate strategies, roadmaps, action plans
and communicate them efficiently in writing and orally to the clients and other team members. Your will organize the delivery of projects end-to-end , from briefing and managing your cross-capability teams to driving clients in the right direction including project management tasks. You will Inspire and contribute to deliverables with a desire to lead by example , while your philosophy is to create legitimacy on the ground. You will drive the commercial roadmaps with your managers and partners , and help building knowledge for Artefact as you build industry / topic expertise project after projects. What we expect from you
You are graduated
from a business school (desired), the most important qualities in our eyes are intellectual curiosity, autonomy and dynamism. You have strong knowledge
and at least 2 years of working experience with regards to digital marketing (within a start-up, agency, etc.) or consulting (Strategy, Management). You have an affinity
for data strategies and desirably even some experience with managing data on your own (e.g. with CDPs or BI Tools and/or SQL, …) You are open
to learn new things. You can learn fast , you know where to look for information and how to ask for help. You are able to talk
about your work to both business and also technical people, in German and English. Our Interview Process
The typical interview process is pretty short, and is structured as thus: HR Screening
(30 minutes): A first video call with a recruiter to make sure expectations are aligned. Your hard skills will not be the main focus of this round. Oral Interview
(30 min): An interview with our consulting partner divided into 3 parts. (1) Behavioral questions (e.g. what is your experience? what type of job do you want to have?); (2) Strategy and Data Marketing expertise to check your general ability and understanding on these kind of topics; (3) Deep-dive questions on already existing practical experience. Oral Interview
(60 minutes): An interview with our consulting director / manager as an open Q&A session to understand the current seniority and practical experience. Our Culture
We are a consulting company , which is great if you want to get more exposure to business and work alongside people with very diverse skill sets. But Artefact might not be for you if you want to work on the same project for years, or if you want to interact only with fellow engineers. Our team is remote-friendly . We would like to see you in Hamburg a few times a week, but working remotely is an option as well. (Don’t hesitate to ask us about our remote policy during the interview process.) We are uncompromising on work-life balance
( in a good way ). Nobody at Artefact is expected to be on-call at night, and we push back against unreasonable client requests. Very competitive compensation package, with an annual bonus. We help you with home office equipment (such as an external monitor). 6 weeks PTO + 4 weeks of “workation” per year. Financial support for training and studies.
