Job Overview
The Senior Sales Executive is a quota-carrying role focused exclusively on new PACE program sales. You will own the full sales cycle for Collabrios’ EMR and TPA solutions, from prospecting through close, working directly with executive and operational leaders in PACE organizations. This role requires a deep understanding of the PACE operating model, the ability to navigate complex buying processes, and a proven track record of successfully closing complex, high-value contracts. Key Responsibilities
Lead EMR and TPA Sales:
Drive adoption of EMR and TPA solutions among new PACE organizations to ensure market growth. New Business Development:
Identify and engage decision-makers at targeted PACE programs to build and maintain a strong pipeline. Strategic Prospecting:
Use market intelligence, referrals, and industry relationships to generate new opportunities. Solution Selling:
Position Collabrios’ integrated EMR and TPA platform as the most complete and compliant PACE solution, articulating operational, compliance, and financial benefits. Competitive Positioning:
Differentiate Collabrios by highlighting superior functionality, compliance readiness, and customer support. Relationship Building:
Build trusted relationships with clinical, operational, and financial leaders at prospective PACE organizations. Proposal and Contract Management:
Lead the creation of tailored proposals and manage contract negotiations to close deals efficiently. Forecasting and Pipeline Management:
Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast updates in Salesforce; provide executive insight into deal status and market activity. Industry Representation:
Represent Collabrios at PACE conferences, trade shows, and industry forums to expand visibility and build relationships with potential buyers. What We Offer
