Overall Responsibility

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as a Lead Generation Specialist. You will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing potential clients, and assisting them in securing approval to do business with us. This role combines the responsibilities of a lead generation specialist with the added focus on ensuring client approval.

Key Responsibilities

Learn and understand the mortgage lending industry; Assist in conducting market research to identify potential clients; Work closely with an experienced Team to learn and apply lead generation techniques, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and networking. Engage with leads to understand their needs, and educate them about our products and services; Build and maintain relationships with potential clients; Assist clients in navigating the application and approval process; Learn to collaborate with the underwriting and credit teams; Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions, leads, and progress in the CRM system. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and changes in mortgage lending regulations to effectively position our company and its products.

Qualifications

Strong interest in pursuing a career in sales and the mortgage lending industry; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and effectively engage with potential clients; Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously; Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced and evolving industry; Basic computer skills and proficiency in using standard office software; Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment; Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a drive to succeed.
