Collaborate with clients, vendors, contractors, and other Project Farma team members to support biomanufacturing projects across the engineering lifecycle. Deliver high quality work, build and maintain long-term client relationships, and continually strengthen technical and industry knowledge. Create alignment with cross-functional client departments, including Design, Construction, Validation, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Engineering. Produce key project controls deliverables, including budget estimates, detailed project schedules and milestones, feasibility estimates, risks, forecasts, scenario analysis, project cost reports and trend analysis, and comprehensive monthly project summary reports. Analyze complex project data and communicate clear, concise messages to support decision making. Gain a general understanding of Earned Value Analysis and PO management tools; maintain internal site tools such as site dashboards and deliverable trackers. About You

Bachelor’s Degree in Life Science, Engineering, or related discipline and/or comparable military experience. Minimum 3 years of scheduling and/or project controls experience. Experience with Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, and/or Primavera P6 highly preferred. Full-time on-site client presence. Willingness to travel as required to support project and business needs. Reasonable estimate of the current compensation range: $50,000 USD - $240,000 USD. This range reflects factors such as skill sets, experience, training, licensure, and business needs.
