Your Role & Responsibilities: As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience through various projects. You will acquire knowledge by performing tasks as directed and support ABB’s operations and personal education/employment opportunities. Responsibilities
Support FL Account Managers with sales operations and documentation Create submittals, manage small projects, and expedite orders Analyze drawings/specs to quote projects using ABB Empower Transition large projects to project management and assist with change orders Manage opportunities, RFQs, and data cleanup in Salesforce (SFDC) Respond to customer product inquiries and handle warranty/credit issues Provide Empower tool training and support to internal teams and distributors Compile and share high-profile project opportunities using CMD Insight Qualifications
Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in engineering in the United States. Intern must have reliable transportation to and from the worksite. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now and in the future. Utilize critical thinking skills to analyze complex situations and develop strategic solutions Effectively organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines Demonstrate the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising quality Collaborate with team members to convey ideas, share information, and provide updates on project progress.
