Media Account Executive, Impressions

to drive advertising and partnership sales for Impressions magazine and its digital platforms. Impressions is the leading resource for Decorative Apparel professionals – connecting the decorated apparel sector (screen printing, embroidery, heated applied graphics, and digital decorating) while shaping the future of the embroidery environment. This role is responsible for developing new business, growing existing accounts, and delivering creative media solutions that meet client objectives. The Account Executive will represent Impressions’ full media portfolio – including print, digital, newsletters, and custom content – and work closely with editorial and marketing colleagues to ensure successful advertiser programs. Responsibilities

Sell advertising across print, digital, and content-driven channels to meet and exceed revenue goals Develop new business by prospecting and closing accounts within the screen printing, embroidery, heated applied graphics, and digital decorating industries Retain and expand existing advertiser relationships through consultative, solutions-based selling Collaborate with editorial and marketing teams to align advertising with editorial calendars and special issues Use CRM to manage pipeline, maintain account details, and provide accurate forecasts Stay current on industry trends, competitive activity, and advertiser needs to identify opportunities for growth Qualifications

3–5 years of media sales experience (print + digital) with proven ability to meet or exceed revenue targets Knowledge of or passion for the decorative apparel sector Consultative selling skills with ability to create compelling proposals Strong relationship-builder and communicator, with a proactive, independent work style Proficiency in CRM pipeline management and forecasting About Emerald

Compensation & Benefits

Base pay range: $70,000/yr - $80,000/yr Target Compensation: $70,000-80,000 (sales incentive eligible). This range reflects a reasonable estimate of target compensation and may vary based on qualifications and may be higher where required by law.
