Oldcastle Infrastructure is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to support our growing market. Serving as a field technical expert for our Stormwater product line, this role will work closely with contractors, distributors, channel partners, and manufacturing partners, providing expertise with a focus on strategic pricing and specification conversion for our sales organization to drive revenue growth for Oldcastle Infrastructure. Job Location

This position is remote, and the candidate must live in Texas. Job Responsibilities

Focused growth in Stormwater solution markets consisting of catchment, conveyance, treatment and storage Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, distributors, and channel partners Strategic pricing implementation Implement value selling of full product portfolio, sizing and product placement Acting local technical resource Confer with customers to assess product needs and to determine system requirements Read and interpret shop/engineering drawings and plans to recommend solutions Lead preconstruction meetings with knowledge of products and installation requirements Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining our products to customers and prospective customers Recommend improved products or solutions to customers, showing how changes will lower lifecycle cost Manage project pipeline using CRM (Salesforce is current program used by Oldcastle Infrastructure) Continuously improve technical expertise and knowledge of Oldcastle Stormwater products, competitive products and civil infrastructure trends Develop and maintain professional relationships with key accounts Perform market research and stay current on industry trends Build strong relationships and maintain communication with key internal sales partners within Oldcastle Infrastructure Coordinate activities and collaborate closely with local Oldcastle Sales team(s) to understand customer requirements and provide sales support Industry influence through targeted speaking engagements Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience 5+ years of technical sales experience Proven ability to achieve sales, build the customer base and work with people from all backgrounds Ability to work with minimal supervision Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, and CRM systems Must have a valid Driver’s license 25-50% travel within the region What CRH Offers You
