Products are used in automotive, packaging, consumer goods, and industrial applications. We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join a dynamic team and help drive growth in the polymer resin sector. This is a remote position and can be based anywhere in the United States. Job Responsibilities: Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients within the polymer resin market, specifically PP and PE. Promote and sell our range of polymer resins to manufacturers, distributors, and other customers in various industries. Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions for PP and PE resin applications. Identify new business opportunities and markets for PP and PE resins. Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to stay informed about product features, market trends, and competitive landscape. Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to closing sales and follow-up. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to decision-makers. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to secure profitable business. Achieve and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company. Must have at least 5 years of experience working for a plastics resins distributor. Qualifications: Proven experience in sales, no less than 4 years in the polymer, plastics industry. Strong knowledge of Polypropylene (PP) and Polyethylene (PE) resins and their applications in various industries. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline effectively. A results-oriented mindset with the ability to meet or exceed sales goals. A bachelor\'s degree in Business, Chemistry, Polymer Science, or a related field is preferred, but not required. Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
