Job Summary
The
Director, Sales
will be responsible for leading all aspects of the daily operations of the sales team to secure new contracts, increase customer share with current accounts, and generate and fill orders. Key performance indicators for this role include growing revenue, market share, and fill rate. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of meeting sales objectives and optimizing sales operations. Job Responsibilities
Communicates strategic account management information and progress-to-goals to AMN executive leadership through presentations, reports, and meetings to maintain accountability, set goals, and develop strategies to overcome obstacles. Fosters client relationships through direct contact to assist with facility order projections, cross-sell AMN services, review and share standard processes across clients, and resolve raised service calls to position AMN as a critical partner in the client’s success. Builds and submits reports to clients to communicate activity, key metrics, and strategy development. Facilitates planning process with clients, in conjunction with Business Reviews, to identify needs for process improvement and discuss product/service expansion opportunities or system upgrades. Hires, develops, and trains the sales team through effective leadership and communication skills in alignment with divisional goals and performance objectives. Negotiates search contracts to balance clients’ needs with service options that support profit. Sources leads within the territory through a high volume outbound phone strategy to identify current or potential openings appropriate for AMN services. Maintains a high level of personal visibility in the industry. Key Skills

$115,500 - $144,000 Salary Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location. This position may include additional compensation such as bonus or commission. Please ask your recruiter for more information.
