We're looking for individuals who are eager to create positive experiences for our customers. No matter your level of bike knowledge, if you're energetic and enjoy helping people, we encourage you to apply.

What You’ll Do (and Love Doing):

Ask the right questions and actually listen. We're not just selling bikes, we're matching riders with their ideal riding experience

Confidently close sales by demonstrating how the right bike will help customers reach their cycling goals.

Manage and develop relationships using CRM tool

Ring up sales, help manage inventory, and keep things running smoothly.

Stay in touch with your customers and build lasting relationships with top-notch service and follow-up… We’ll teach you how!!

Starting pay is competitive and includes a bi-weekly bonus potential

Entry level candidates can expect to make at least $18/hr plus a bi-weekly bonus potential of $250. With some experience, your pay will be $22 to $25/hr plus $250 bi-weekly bonus potential.

Physically up for it! Lifting bikes, climbing ladders, and moving around the store is part of the gig

Comfortable chatting with customers in person and on the phone

Handy with tools and able to make small adjustments to bikes and gear

Familiarity with Google Workspace, point of sale (POS) systems, and customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus!
