Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster trust and loyalty
Assist customers in selecting the perfect vehicle based on their needs and preferences
Provide informative product demonstrations and conduct test drives
Set and achieve personal sales goals, contributing to the dealership\'s success
Stay informed about the latest vehicle options, features, and promotions
Offer clear communication to customers throughout the buying process
Support day-to-day dealership operations to help drive business growth
Qualifications
Previous experience in a customer-facing role (automotive experience is a plus but not required)
Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
Tech-savvy with proficiency in computers (Outlook, Word, Social Media)
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive sales environment
Valid driver\u2019s license and a clean driving record
Must be able to pass pre-employment background checks
