Greeting residents and guests with professionalism and warmth Assist with resident inquiries, maintenance requests, and general information Direct incoming calls, emails, and package deliveries Monitor lobby activity to ensure safety and cleanliness Support leasing, operations, and event coordination tasks as needed Maintain records and logs with accuracy and confidentiality Coordinate with vendors and building staff for service and access needs Represent the property’s brand standards and uphold a high level of customer service Qualifications
1 year of experience in hospitality, residential, or front desk roles Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Tech-savvy with comfort using new software, email, and basic MS Office tools Organized, dependable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Flexible availability - weekends are a must and holidays as needed Career Growth & Culture
