Educate patients on their conditions, treatment goals, and injury prevention strategies to support long-term recovery. Document treatment progress accurately using Epic Hyperspace, our integrated EMR system. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver seamless, patient-centered care. Supervise a dedicated 1:1 Physical Therapist to PTA ratio, ensuring continuity of care. Pursue continuing education and professional development in advanced PT techniques, including upcoming services like Blood Flow Restriction Therapy. Requirements
